about

Whilst having Covid19 symptoms, Skaly created a song that helped her heal. Her first single ever and the first in the series of upcoming music and artwork about mental health, relationships.
Having to go back home from music studying in London to isolation in Israel, Skaly had started to suffer from symptoms of Covid19 and had been positively tested.
Her mental health state worsened in isolation and she felt the need for a song to help her balance her inner fire, so she created a soothing track featuring high, intimate sounding vocals and soft piano playing, being truly sad but deeply hopeful.

Hi, I’m Skaly’s bio
Skaly is a 21 years old independent artist (composer/arranger, singer/songwriter, writer and dancer), from Israel and London, UK based.

On Skaly’s debut, ‘Get Well Soon’:
“An incredible first single, I’m sure you will connect with a lot of people.” – Alex Wharton (Abbey Road Studios)

“All of Skaly’s emotions are honest and raw. Powerful music in its own right. Definitely a must-hear.” – Lefuturewave

On ‘Vincent‘:
“It’s a stripped back and raw performance which allows you to examine Skaly and the range of her talents – which seem pretty boundless at the moment.” – Indie Midlands, UK

lyrics

Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough

I'm back here again
But it's different this time
I'm back here again
Scared of what isn't black and white

Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough

I drew you a picture
You're dying to get out of here
I drew you a painter
but you love me still

I'm afraid youre princess is asleep
I'm a friend, you're not well

Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough
Get well soon,
soon enough

Get well soon
Get well soon

(get well soon, get well, get well, get well, get well)
